By booking a golf cart rental with Rick’s Beach Rentals, you agree to
the following policies:
Rentals must be paid in full at time of reservation. If your rental is not confirmed due to our decision, your full reservation amount will be refunded.Reservations will be confirmed once you have paid for the reservation.All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation feeCancellations made within 72 hours or the requested delivery date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to half the total cost of the rental cancellations made due to hurricanes, tropical storms, or any other acts of God are subject to a full refund in the form of future rental credit. No cash refunds.Deliveries will begin at 9:00am thru 4:00pm. DELIVERY AND PICKUP TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED.We will pick up your cart between 9:00am thru 4:oo pm on the final day of your reservation. Please have your cart at the pickup location. If the cart is not available for pickup during this time, you will be charged an additional rental day.Drivers 18 and over are the only ones allowed to operate our carts. Any driver must have a valid driver's license. Others are not allowed to operate a cart, regardless of whether it is on the street or off-road. Rental will be terminated if underage drivers are operating the cart. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.Have all passengers ride safety while on the cart. Driver and passengers should all be seated and keep arms and legs inside the cart during operation.Do not carry more passengers than the cart is built to accommodate. Carrying more passengers than seats is extremely dangerous and could damage or disable the cart.Operate the cart as you do your automobile.Obey all traffic laws when operating a golf cart. You must observe all signs, markings, lanes, etc. Do not operate the cart on sidewalks or other pedestrian-only pavement. DO not drive through, or on, other peoples property, without permission.The renter(s) understand the golf cart(s) have been inspected prior to delivery and found to be in good condition, both in safety and cosmetics. If damage occurs to the golf cart, the credit card on file will be charged automatically up to the full damage deposit amount if necessary. You will only be charged for the exact cost of repairs, however, customer will be responsible for full cost of repairs, even if it exceeds $2,500 deposit. We do not charge for downtime on damaged carts.Renters (cardholder) must be present upon delivery to sign rental agreementDO NOT drive golf cart on highways or on the beach where vehicles are not permitted.No driving in or near any bodies of water/mud. 50 feet distance between cart and water/mud is required. Carts found to have been driven through mud/salt water are subject to a MINIMUM $225 cleaning feeIf you experience problems with your cart, you are responsible for making it known to the office. If you experience problems with your cart between the hours of 5pm and 9am, please leave a voicemail and we will address the situation as soon as possible.Electric carts MUST be returned to us fully charged. Carts with low/dead batteries will be subject to a $100 dollar fuel fee.
